Ok, so how to eat on Monday?!


Question: Ok, so how to eat on Monday?
So I have P.E. fifth period and we're starting fitness testing on Monday. I've raised my calorie intake slightly, to 1,400, but I was just wondering should I raise it more for that week or what? i know I should eat lots of protein and potassium and stuff but what else? Should I drink coffee that morning or at lunch right before or what? Should I skip coffee altogether? What should i eat for lunch? I need it to be filling, but I can't be too full. HELP! I really can't fail fitness testing, I did terribly in the fall.

Answers:

Try raising you calorie intake to 1600 or 1800 a day, and try to eat more at breakfast then at lunch so you aren't to full. Most of your calories are eaten at dinner so try to remember not to stuff yourself during the day.
