Will my metabloism slow down if I stop eating at 7:30 pm and stay up starving ti!

Question: Will my metabloism slow down if I stop eating at 7:30 pm and stay up starving till 11pm?
My new diet rule as stated above .. no food after 7:30 pm.
However would I lose more weight if I ate a little something
instead of feeling so hungry? I dont want my metabolism to slow down.

Answers:

Eat some negative calorie foods. Google a list of them.
Your body uses more calories to digest these foods than the foods actually have.

When you are hungry after 7:30PM, you can chow down a couple of carrots, celery sticks, or an apple.

hi, I did have a diet trouble for so many years. I used to take all kinds of pills. Until a friend suggested this method, at first I was a bit skeptical but there was nothing to lose and my self esteem was taking a turn for the worse so I felt I needed to tried it out. I was feeling a bit lighter for the first 2 weeks, but I was feeling good about myself. After that first drop of weight, which was a real confident booster, I worked on eating right to continue to keep the weight off. I can't remember that last time I was this light. Here's where I found the info: http://www.onlineloseweightguide.tk

Between 7:30pm and 11:00pm you won't go into starvation mode. It takes days of little to no food in order to reach that point. I stop eating at 9:00pm and fall asleeparound midnight or 1:00am. It helps me drop fat and flatten my stomach. If you stick to this rule make sure you wake up to a super healthy filling breakfast and not crap food like sugary cereal. Eat fresh fruits, egg whites, almonds etc.

as long as your in your calorie limit your fine... Have some rasberries or strawberrys.. cottage cheese is good too or some grapefruit. Also a little bit of plain popcorn (add a little salt if you must) is okay to.. but at LEAST wait 2 hours after before going to bed...sooo have your snack around 9:30 goodluck :))

My coach told me.

don't do that. your only just hurting yourself
