I just lost 11 lbs. in 3 weeks! Cut out all soda and eat only lean meats and no fried foods, and drink the recommended intake of water daily ( 8 glasses ) i personally drink a gallon a day, I love my water :). exercise with light cardio and core exercises, may increase weight, but your overall BMI will drop, you will lose maybe an inch off your waist, and gain about an inch on your neck if that is your goal.



Don't do that.
First of all, it's really unhealthy. You're only suppose to lose a pound a week at most.
Also, if you lose that much weight that fast, you'll probably get flabby, because your skin won't have enough time to adjust to the weight loss. Trust me. I've seen people go on unhealthy diets, and they turned out looking worse.

Try healthy alternatives. And exercise a lot if you wanna lose it fast. Eat right, and don't eat anything fatty, unhealthy, or unnecessary (like soda).

Ever heard of the banana diet? I lost 6 pounds in about 2 months from it, along with a lot of exercise.



eat healthy, run and ride bikes, and aim for 2 pounds a week.
