Question: What's the first step into losing weight?
Besides eating healthy. For example, the gym. What should be done first & the like? Professional answers only. Thank you!

Answers:

Thirty minutes on one of the cardio machines: bike, elliptical, or stairmaster. Five times a week. Finish with 10 minutes of stretching. Buy a calendar and use stickers or something to record workouts, because it's easy to fool yourself about how much you're doing. Set a goal of doing this 5x/wk, for 4 wks, NO EXCEPTIONS. Then read a book or get advice from a personal trainer and add something to the routine.

Alternately: walk and run for thirty minutes total. Start out walking a few minutes, then run 1-5 minutes, whatever's comfortable, then walk and repeat. Slowly increase the amt of running time.

Take it really easy at first. If it takes you 3 months to ease into an exercise routine and you avoid injury, that will be the smartest three months of your life.

(People really vary in how easily they get injured. This has to do with age, general tightness, weight, and other factors. You might be like me when I was a teenager, where there was no way I was ever going to get injured ... or like my friends who pulled muscles and sprained ankles really easily.)

the most important thing is cardio.. especially in the early stages of losing weight...
30-40 mins ranges is needed..

seconldy doing some weight training.. more muscle burns more calories

technically u are best to lift weights first.. because u burn through alot of glycogen.. ( carbs) while lifting.. for 40-60 mins.. then jump on cardio machine for 30-40 mins to burn fat...
that is a good method.. when u drop most of your fat.. u can reduce cardio time by 10-15 mins

and of course u know about eating
