How to stick with a diet?!


Question: How to stick with a diet?
ok so i'm 17 years old, 5'4 and weight between 135-140... i'm not fat but i wanna lose weight before prom (which is at the end of may).. or atleast be more fit by the summer. i know that i can excise.. but i have trouble sticking to diets.. do u have any tips that i can use of think about while losing weight??? ( i wanna weight about 120-125 by the summer)

Your probably not toned up so start exercising



That is a lot to lose in a short period of time. If there are things that you routinely eat that you know aren't good for you, cut them out. French fries, pizza, mac and cheese, chips, etc. Try and replace them with fruits and veggies that you like. In the meantime, find an awesome dress that will look good even if you don't lose the weight. Don't let that keep you from having a blast!
