Breakfast

Oatmeal 2% milk and no salt egg
Snack

Kiwi
Lunch

Beans with chicken
Snack

Oranges
Dinner

Salad

Exercise

45 minutes in treadmill and 20 minutes of airclimber

I'm sure you'll lose the weight fast and myabe be around 128 or since your exercising and eating is good, maybe 120 at the beginning of summer.
