Question: I am a size 8 and i want tobe a size 2 or 1.?
What will i have to do? I do not mind doing anything illegal or unhealthy! Thanks!

First I want to say I'm a size 6, and I've lost 12 pounds since Feb. 1st. I'm 5'3" and 19 years old. My goal is a size 0-2.

1.) Cigarettes. Sure they smell bad and are unhealthy, but a heavy smoker (one pack a day) burns around 200 extra calories a day. That equals over 20 pounds a year without changing anything else! It's also proven that your average smoker weighs less than a non-smoker. It also suppresses appetite.

2.) Coffee. It raises your metabolism slightly because caffeine is a stimulant, making your heart pump faster. The reason why people say green tea is good for dieting is because of the caffeine in it. One cup of green tea/coffee can burn 5 calories. Let's say you drink 2 cups a day for a year, that's one pound lost a year. Even though it's not much, I find drinking coffee instead of breakfast KILLS my appetite.

3.) Cocaine. Well I don't recommend this one, but have you ever seen a fat coke-head?

4.) Fasting. If you just plain stop eating for a while, you WILL lose weight, no question about it. Some people fast for religious reasons (46 days for lent). My mother tried fasting when she was 16 and she said she lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks.

5.) Water. I drink up to a gallon of water a day, because your liver needs lots of water to help excrete the byproducts of burned fat. If your liver doesn't have enough water then it just decides to keep storing it rather than you peeing it out.

6.) Ketosis. This is a state of constant fat-burning. It happens when people don't have enough carbs in their system. Since your body prefers to burn carbs rather than fat cells, by limiting carbohydrate consumption to under 20-grams a day, your brain, heart and other organs are forced to eat body fat just to keep yourself alive. (Google ketosis, there's lots of info on it)



cardio, build muscle, stop eating unhealthy foods.
some ppl just dont have the right body to lose alot of weight so dont get discouraged:)
be happy with youre body before you try and change it.
