hello, I did have this overweight problem for so many years. I followed all kind of diet plan but nothing works. Low carb diet, and aerobics or walking, or both. Stomach exercise are great to build muscle shape and tone, but do little for fat, and will not really effect your butt.
Its called Exercising. If you go on a diet you ll have to stick with it your whole life otherwise you ll just gain the fat back. So just exercise and you can keep eating the same foods.
