wow!!! that's amazing! and very healthy. But if, for some reason, you can't keep up with this or you feel so hungry, eat an apple or a fruit or vegetable.
The eating and exercise is just WONDERFUL. That's amazing. Your going to burn fat and gain muscle, which will increase your metabolism even more. You have aqueate protein, fat and carbs balanced with fruits and veggiesw in betwee. that's pro. I'm sure you'll lose the weight fast and myabe be around 128 or since your exercising and eating is good, maybe 120 at the beginning of summer.

That's an amzing construction. Keep up and good luck to ya hun.

hey, I've been having this same issue for so many years that it seemed hopeless. I used to buy all types of products. Until a friend recommended this method, I was a bit skeptical at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. There was little change for the first 2 weeks, but I was feeling good about myself. After losing that initial weight, which was so uplifting, I started eating right to keep off the weight completely. I couldn't be happier. Here's where I found the info: http://www.onlineloseweightshare.tk

It wouldn't, you need more variation in your diet, if you just eat that you will be on the loo non stop with little energy.

For your dinner try something meaty with veg, or something healthy with veg.
