Will this help me lose weight or is it too low in calories for me?!

Question: Will this help me lose weight or is it too low in calories for me?
Status: 15 years old, girl, 5' 4, 140 pounds.
Exercise: 5 times a week for one hour and walk during the day.
Goal: 115-120 pounds until june

I don't wanna starve myself and of course I don't wanna gain the weight back.
Breakfast: a cup of green tea, 2 slices whole wheat bread, 20g cheese or 20g ham and maybe some oregano for taste.
Lunch: whatever my mom cooks! most of the time: lean meat or fish with salad and rice or potato or some days a cup of lentils.
Snack: a cup of fruit
Dinner: a cup of slim fast soup

Thank you!

that sounds really good, and you will lose weight! I'm 5'6 and 130 lbs, and i tried losing weight, i ate a lot during the day, but all healthy, like fruit, whole wheat snacks, and it wasn't eating little that ever helped me lose weight- it was exercise. you seem to have a good plan and that should work

if you get hungry and you ate "all your calories" for the day, don't deprive yourself, i did that and i lost weight but i ended up so hungry i binged on bad foods. I now eat when i'm hungry i Just make smarter choices, if i crave something sweet i'll have a rice crispie, or i'll eat a small bowl of chips if i want salty. Soon you'll find your cravings disappear and you won't want those snacks.

AFter only three weeks all my friends noticed how good and toned i looked.

Good luck! your diet sounds great! :)

hey, I did have this same situation for ages that it was hopeless. I used to be a diet product nuts. Until I found this website by accident, I was skeptical at first. I saw some results after 2 weeks, but I felt good. After dropping that initial weight, which was quite uplifting, I started working on my diet habit to maintain my results. I feel great!. Here's where I found the info: allloseweightnetwork.tk
