it depends on your physique. I think about 25-30 would be good, but it all depends. If your just starting out, 15 would be fine. You should do them every other day and increase them by 2. Do three sets. So day 1 would be 15, 15, 15. Day 2, 17, 17, 17, and so one until you reach 30. And you can keep going from there.
