Excercise is supposed to slow down weight loss, but by how much?!

Question: Excercise is supposed to slow down weight loss, but by how much?
Hi,

I've been jogging and using the dance mat to burn about 200 cal a day because I stopped losing weight by counting calories. I'm currently 150 lbs and can't budge the scale.

I've been exercising for about a week now to burn 200 cal, while eating about 1500 cal. I still haven't lost anything and was wondering if this could be from muscles growing (although I doubt they would improve that much so fast lol).

By the way, I weigh myself first thing after waking up and going to the loo, with no clothes on, so my weight is accurate.

Thanks in advance!

Eat less

Hey ha losing weight can be a difficult process. I have been a personal

trainer for over 30 years, and I can tell you there is no magic bullet. You will need to

establish proper eating habits and combine them with an exercise program.

I have investigated every online resource that you can look at, as well as every major diet program there is, and I haven't seen anything better than the program I am referring you to below. Stay healthy, exercise and eat what you like and redistribute your calorie intake. You will definitely lose weight. Good luck.
