Question: Is it better to eat seven doughnuts one day a week, or have one doughnut every day?
Obviously eating this many doughnuts isn't healthy, but in general, if you're trying to eat healthy, is it better to have a free-for-all day, or let yourself have an unhealthy thing every day?

is you exercise and put it into a balanced diet then it would be daily, this is because you can eat saturated fats, but you should limit them, so one per day would be fine with other heathy and varied foods.



Funny question...I guess it depends on what else you're eating besides the doughnuts. If you're eating healthy, nutrient dense foods along with the 7 doughnuts, I believe it's ok to have one day a week of eating whatever you want, then get back to eating healthy the other 6 days of the week.



For something like that, I would say seven doughnuts in one day. It would make you feel horrible and not want to do it again. Also, your sugar levels won't be affected by it every day.



One donut a day every day is way better because you automatically burn it off in the simple things you do. If you eat 7 at a time even though its only once a week, you'll gain a couple of pounds.



Binging is never healthy, your sugar levels would jolt up if you ate that many doughnuts, so I think it'd be healthier to have one doughnut every day.



It would be slightly better to have one doughnut per day.



One bad thing for one week is what I think is ok.



one every day, seven in one day would be too much sugar and fat in one go. but its best to very rarely eat them!
