Weight loss help needed!!!?!


Question: Weight loss help needed!!!?
Okay so Im a 16 year old guy, not in sports, and I have slight biceps, so its some muscle. I would like to know like a way to do it as well as how long it would take to go from 210 to 180ish?

I doesn't matter how out of shape you are, you need to begin somewhere. If you have health issues you need to check with your physician for clearance to begin exercising, but you should get started sooner rather than later. You have to be committed that's the first thing. You have to really want it, weight loss isn't going to happen over night, or even in a month. You could healthily do this in 3 months.
This means, working out 5 times a week, cutting out all bad food, they have great websites that can give you daily plans on what to eat, on days off, and on working out. I have never seen you and its always easier to show people work outs in person, so if you have a friend that is a trainer, or in sports (i know you're still young) have them help you. Plus being motivated from more people helps.
