or maybe possibly
A Salad even though i hate salad hahaaa

SNACK!
A Banana
or
some sort of other fruit
or maybe
a granola bar

DINNER!
Lots of vegetables and or maybe some baked chicken
Or
Soup
Or
A Sandwich

Okay and for exercise:
Running about a mile probably 3 times a week
Hula hooping for 15-30 minutes 5 times a week
and Jump roping 5 times a week
Ab Pilate's like 6 times a week
Sit ups and some pushups everyday
And probably some other ab exersises too

SOOOO sorry that was long... Thanksss ;) any tips ?

Sounds like a perfect diet, but can you stick to it? I'm not trying to sound mean or anything, but A LOT of people give up on their diets. But if your really committed, I think you can do it:) BUT, when your eating cereal, soup, etc...you have to measure. It is sooooo important. And every once in a while, you have to reward yourself - eat a cup of chocolate frozen yogurt, a square or dark chocolate, etc. If you don't reward yourself, you body one day is gonna be like "I want chocolate, AND I WANT IT NOW!" Haha....Then you'll ruin your whole diet. It does sound like a really good diet though, I might do it to lose that last 15 pounds myself:) Hope this helps!:)

Oh BTW, you really don't need to lose weight, you could tone up though?!:D

Oh yeah AND...I know a lot of people are saying "you should eat more food, blah blah blah"...But if your like me, then you don't have a big appetite to begin with, and when I eat more food than I want I just end up feeling fat and stuffed and gross. But if you feel hungry, you could eat a granola bar, some crackers, or maybe some fruit.

It doesn't seem like you need to loose any weight.. but anyway if you really want to I'd say eat a bit more if your going to do all those excercises, and you should be as fit as a fiddle. And if you really want to, make sure you stick to it, so you can achieve your goal

the fact that you think you need to lose weight means your insane :P

i suggest you exercise. thats the best thing you could do to be fit and healthy. you cant just diet because once you leave that diet, your gonna gain the weight again.

Sounds good to me..Looks like you have it all planned out well. The only extra tip I can give you is to eat dinner no later than 7pm. Apart from that you got it right. :)

you don't really have to lose any weight. you have a very healthy bmi. i'd suggest just toning if you're unhappy. the pilates is good...or how about some yoga?

That sounds great! I think I'm going to use your diet plan as well! I'm looking to lose 25 pounds over the summer as well.I'm 5'1 and 124 pounds, aiming for around 100 or so :)

I gym 2.5 hours a day, I do a lot of cardio and weights, managed to lose about 10 or 11 pounds over the last 3 and a half weeks, but I still have a long way to go.. Gets a bit frustrating sometimes, but I keep telling myself I can do it!!

Oh and one more tip? Drink lots of water. When you're hydrated, you're healthy, your metabolism runs better, and you need to compensate for the water loss from your body with that exercise. Plus, sometimes, water helps dissipate excessive hunger!

Good luck with the weight loss! Hope we both reach our summer goals!

:)

No, it's to little food and too much excericising.
Your body needs a certain amount of food and rest to function properly.

To your breakfast add organic peanutbutter to that toast, or fruit to the cereal.

lunch you need some protein, so if you do a bagel put peanutbutter on it, or eat hardboiled eggs, turkey, cheese, chicken, tuna, nuts, etc. & add a fruit or side salad.(oil based dressings are the most beneficial. so like balsamic, italian, oil & vinegar, vinegerattes, etc.)

Snack:I would say if you were getting more calories in with your meals a banana or granola bar would be good, but your not. so try greek yogurt w/ honey, nuts, granola, etc. or an apple/celery/ or banana w/ peanut butter. or trailmix!

For dinner: have a lot of vegetables AND baked chicken! than have a complex carb like a small sweet potato or whole grain rice, add some butter or oliveoil ( your body still needs fats!)

Than do a small snack an hour or so before bed, whole grains, dairy, and protein are great foods before you go to bed!. Have a bowl of oatmeal, hardboiled eggs, nuts, low fat milk, pb crackers, pb sandwhich on whole wheat, cheese sticks, cottage cheese, etc.

Other than walking and doing normal daily things i would keep the excercising to 3-5 times a week, an hour a day. you dont want to over do it.

I work with dieticians and other doctors specialized in diet and ecercise & have been recovered from an eating disorder.

your plan sounds good! the only thing is, make sure youre getting enough food! like a half of a bagel and water? make sure the things you do eat are whole grain/wheat. if you get a salad (i agree, gross) don't put a lot of dressing on. instead, hide the gross salad taste with fruit (like apples and oranges) and cheese (like parmigiana or blue cheese). that way, it's more filling, too. don't eat processed foods, and make sure there's enough protein in your meals so youre not hungry. if you are hungry, you'll never be able too keep up with that exercise plan you have! hope this helped! good luck!

That sounds like it will put you in shape but I am not sure you want to strain yourself with a goal you will not be able to keep after you have more serious challenges like homework projects. Take it from me I am in a different dilemma, much older than you but similar challenge of trying to spend less money so I can save.

Funnily enough, I too am eating healthier because I can't afford to eat fancy meals and will not eat fast-food or junkfood which leaves me with, fruits, cereals, bread, vegetables, and turkey sandwiches.

Then I have to study for a certification exam that if I pass I get a pay raise and studying for this test is not very fun as you might imagine.

So how can I focus on that and such a strenuous in my case saving money task. Here is what I suggest. You must start with Monday, Wednesday and Friday be diet days and Tuesday and Thursday you get a free fatty meal, and Saturday and sunday you do more of the exercising

That would be a good balance and then after a month of that it will be easier to manage the whole everyday thing but your body needs to warm up first to the new plan you are giving it, then you will diet even healthier
