Battle of the Breakfasts?!


Question: Battle of the Breakfasts?
So, me and my older brother were wondering who ate healthier
Here is what we had

I ate:
2 cups KashiGoLean Crunch (280 calories)
1 cup skim milk (90 calories)
1 medium orange (80 calories)
so i had 470 calories for breakfast

He ate:
2 creme filled donuts (300 calories)
He said he ate healthier because he consumed fewer calories. Who had the better breakfast?

Yours is healthier, easily. You may have consumed more calories, but that's not a bad thing.
You had low fat and healthy things, while his was filled with carbs, sugar, fat and no nutrition at all. Healthy is not based on calories; it is based on nutrients.



Yours is healthier because you consumed more calories, yet the correct ones. Donuts are extreme unhealthy and full of fat where as oranges are fruit and give you certain vitamins just like skim milk. Cereal is always healthier especially if it contains more fiber and grain than sugar. Because you ate proper calories you will stay full longer and eat less and your brother will be hungry quicker and therefore end up consuming more calories
