Question: What do u think of what i had for today?
bread and cheese with juice
3 medium sized potato chips
fried eggplant , a quater of eggplant
half a bottle of lucozade energy drink
an apple
gonna eat somthing else later on, something healthy i guess

Firstly.... Eat some cow or chicken girl u ain't doing urself or anyone else by not! (meaning u need some protein)
.... And u may wanna eat a bit more unless ur 3ft tall.....

If ur on a diet,,,,

look up ur BMR (not BMI) this will tell you how many calories your body burns naturally then all u have to do to lose weight is eat les then the amount it said...

Y?
When u don't eat alot ur body will be like "uh oh" and will save all the fat in what u r eating, making u gain weight... This will not happen when eating the right amount

its not an awful lot.. its probably ok if you've done no exercise but always try get some protien in your diet
