Question: Did I eat enough or too much?
Breakfast: nutrigrain bar (120cal)
Lunch/Dinner: went to Olive Garden
One piece of flatbread appetizer
Some of the salad (only lettuce, a tomato, and two onions)
Apricot Chicken (380cal)

I'm 5'9 and 109lbs if that matters to you

so basically you ate today a total of = 1300 at most. A girl or guy with that height and weight should eat at least 1600 calories, to answer your question is that you didn't eat enough :) and you should go enjoy a cup of ice cream or smt that has 300 calories in it.

I would say that you ate an okay amount of food. I would say that it doesn't matter how much you eat, it depends on whether or not it is healthy.
Tip: if you are worried about your eating, you can go on a 1200 calorie diet, where you count your calories and limit yourself, but your current weight is considered unhealthy and under weight.

You're underweight...I'd eat more than 2000 calories if I were you! Please don't starve yourself! Eat more for breakfast and you'll feel less hungry for the rest of the day...
