u dont need to go to gym..i've done few work outs in home...give it a try..:-
~drink lots of water
~cruches for 2 minutes(after 5 minutes do it again until you cant stand the pain on your tummy)
~run for 20 non-stop then continue for 30
~push ups( util u fell the pain on your arms)
~diet(fruits,wholemeal,veges,low fat yogurt n more)

first off.... unless you are under 150lbs, you should be able to healthy lose 2 lbs a week, which would mean you could lose 10lbs in 8wks=2 months....

Exercising is the best way, at least 30 minutes a day or more. Watch what you eat, don't over eat. Focus on eating more protein.
