Question: To lose weight.. Treadmill, or elliptical?

To lose weight they're both good but I'd have to go with treadmill. That is if you're going to run on it not walk. The elliptical works well for cardio but is better for shaping your legs and butt when running does everything really and burns alot of calories.



The majority of exercisers still rely on long duration moderate paced aerobic exercise as their primary routine to burn fat fast. But recent studies have shown that this is a big, I mean big mistake. In fact, you could say that the whole aerobics explosion of a few decades past was one of the biggest mistakes in the health and fitness industry

you should Do this...

- Drink a glass of water. (calories saved: 97)
- Eat a small whole wheat bagel +1 Tbsp of peanut butter (calories saved: 185)
- Walk up and down a flight of stairs for 10 minutes (calories burned: 100)
- Get up 10 minutes early and go for a brisk walk (calories burned: 100)
- Do 10 minutes of yoga (calories burned: 50)
