Answers:

If you want muscle, just eat your proteins and vegetables and fruits. They also have powered protein, that skinny women eat instead of a meal, but if you add a couple shakes to your day, with icecream ( low fat ) you should start to bulk up. Eat more fruit and eat the grains, like rice, corn, oatmeals, lima beans, and kidney beans, or any beans you like. Chili is a great mix for the body, it has lean ground beef and kidney beans, win/win.

But empty calories like donuts, pizza , chips, cheese puffs and fries, will only make you fat and doughy.

A combination of exercise and eating will put on pounds. You want to gain muscle, not fat so your consumption of food should include a lot of protein and maybe protein supplements. Bulking up should include mostly weights and resistance exercises and less cardio.

BTDT

the only safe way is bodybuilding.
Go to a gym and start exercising.

Consume more calories then your metabolism can keep up with.

Well you could work on gaining some muscle, since it weighs more than fat

If you eat protein bars to gain muscle along with some weight. You'll look bigger
