Question: What would be the best way to lose calories? more weight and less reps? or more reps and less weight?
i have a BMI of 26, which counts me in as overweight and i don't really like that. i'm on a mission to lose calories, which would result in an overall decrease in my body mass. so what i'm trying to know is that, whatever excercise i do. like, i might run about 10 km downhill, or run 5 km uphill. Note, i'm not trying to build up any more muscles as that would lead to an increase in my mass. and say, what would be better? should i cycle for 10 km with greater speed? or 15 km with a lower speed? thank you, all those who answered. but please make sure that the main aim is to lose some body mass, not to build muscles
