I need help on planning my diet!?!


Question: I need help on planning my diet!?
Starting tomorrow I'm on a diet. And this is my diet plan so far. I wake up eat 1 cup of plain Cherrios and an orange, then I go to school. Then by lunch I see everyone eating fatty foods! What should I do!?

okay, to get into shape , rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:

Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables are not tasty, like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,eat only steamed fish or chicken.

also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.



You should bear all the time in your mind that you were on a diet. If you see that everyone seems eating fatty foods, think for non fatty foods that you can eat or do something that would make your attention out of the foods. A person on a diet is definitely aiming to loose weight and have a good body figure and to have this, the discipline and the determination is needed.



What everyone else is eating does not affect your diet.
You choose low fat foods for yourself.
