This is something only you can answer for yourself. You can google "bmi calculater" however to find your body mass index. You enter your height and weight and it tells you if you are overweight. Its only accurate for adults 18+ but if you are younger there are pediatric versions.

I'm really sorry, but it does look like you have a little excess weight. However, from your picture it does look like there's a real stunner under that, so if you were to do a little more exercise, maybe running twice a week, you'd be excellent in no time!
My opinion
Youre not obese but u are a bit fat. You could excercise and get rid of it easily. But u are very pretty :) its ok to be healthy but who r we kidding? Everyone wants to be size 0
Contrary to popular opinion, I think you look HEALTHY...and have just the right amount of weight on you..
