question about alli weight loss pills?!

Question: Question about alli weight loss pills?
ok so i have been on this weight loss shake for a month
but before i got on the shakes i was taking alli
now, with the shakes i have to take them twice a day and then eat dinner....

i was just wondering if it was possible to take alli when i eat dinner.... if it would work?

Answers:

The shakes are a complete waste of money. If our bodies were designed to live on a liquid diet, we would have come with a blender attachment in our mouths instead of teeth. You are denying your digestive system the insoluble fiber it is designed to work and stay healthy with.
Alli is the ONLY over the counter diet pill approved by the FDA. That is a huge consideration given the thousands of unapproved diet pills and supplements out there.
The active ingredient in Alli is called orlistat. It is a "fat binder" that absorbs up to 25% of the fat ingested on a daily basis according to the Alli web site. The result is "oily stool" as described by people using the product.
This is completely different than all the "fat burner, appetite suppressant, and thermogenic" products out there. Again none of which are approved or work for that matter.
Here is the rub. If you read the warranty/guarantee at the Alli web site you will read they only guarantee the product if used "in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise program".
So why not just start a healthy diet and weight loss program?
You will be spending between $3 and $5 per day on the Alli. That same amount of money pays for a pretty darn nice gym/spa membership. $90 to $150 a month. Wow!
If you are bound and determined to use a diet pill, please use Alli.
I personally have been getting the same results by eating a cup of beans a day. How about that? For about 25¢ a day. The soluble fiber in the beans act much like the orlistat. Plus your digestive system gets a workout and you get some iron and calcium.
Think it over and Good Luck.
