What are good at home workouts?!


Question: What are good at home workouts?
im trying to lose about 20 pounds in the next 2 months, im already doing track... but only events really like discus, and jav, i run about 1 mile per day... is there a muscular workout that can help me lose weight faster? like sit-ups and stuff?... if u can and be uber nice and post a whole workout that i can just follow rather than one exercise... thanks sooo sooo much!!

Answers:

for chest - different variation of push ups
back - pull ups
lower back - supermans
triceps - dips
bicep - chin ups
legs - squat or lunges

thats some brief exercises you can do at home, also if your really wana lose weight try a diet.

Lots and lots of pushups
crunches
roman twists
crunches on a exercise ball
(look up some exercise ball workouts for legs if you have one)
rent or buy some exercise tapes, these where the best for me:
