I'M CURIOUS! How was my diet today? GOOD OR BAD?!

Question: I'M CURIOUS! How was my diet today? GOOD OR BAD?
I'm 16 on a diet.
Exercise: power walked/ jogged 4 miles for an hour (morning)
Breakfast: high fiber cereal with a little bit of corn flakes with 1% milk and a banana (8:30 a.m.)
Lunch: A little over a serving (it wasn't a lot or anything) of spaghetti with meat, tomatoes, and peppers, 1 corn on the cob, and half a bread stick (the package said 170 calories for 1 whole bread stick, I only had half) (a little after 1:30 p.m.)
Snack: 2 Triscuits with some blueberries (gonna have this at 4:00 p.m.)
Dinner: sandwich using 100% whole wheat bread, lettuce, onions, and 1 piece of turkey. A salad with lettuce, onions, and a homemade salad dressing using extra virgin olive oil, spicy brown mustard, honey, and cajun seasoning. And an apple.(gonna have this at 6:30 p.m.)
Exercise: power walk/ jog 2 miles (after dinner)

So how was my diet for today? Good or bad?

Answers:

Omg that souds like an amazing dinner. Wellbesides the turkey, I'm a vegetarian. I'm totally having that tonight:)

Very Good! You could skip the corn though. There isn't enough nutritional value in it for people who are dieting. Be sure not to use more than 1 tablespoon of dressing too. The workout is quite a bit too. Are you trying to lose weight fast? If so try the 17 day diet. It works great!

Hi,

Your diet is good but you might want to add MILA in the morning.

Is full omega 3.1.1 protein.

I get it from www.lifemax.net/bioage/
