Try a stir fry: Broccoli and chicken stir-fried with olive oil, orange juice, soy sauce and hot sauce, on rice. Throw in other veg for variety if you like, but you cannot exist on broccoli alone.

If you're a vegetarian and can't eat meat for protein, tofu, seitan, tempeh, all manner of beans, eggs, cheese, yogurt and whole grains are good sources of protein. I practically lived off Morningstar Farms when I was veggie, and their fake chicken nuggets and fake corn dogs.
