how to get myself off bread?!


Question: How to get myself off bread?
Hi i need to stop eating as much bread as i do as im sure its not good and healthy for me.
Let me explain.. to me there is only 1 meal in the world i don't need bread for and that's a sunday lunch but i cant make that 2 times a day forever so can some1 suggest meals or how i can stop eating so much bread? i go through about 1 loaf per 2 days. I know im suppose to only eat 1-2 slice brown bread per day :S

i love bread.
but if you cant stop eating it then maybe you're making way too many sandwiches or something.
eat potatoes or pasta.
spaghetti and even pasta roni boxed meals.
do grilled chicken with corn and mashed potatoes.
or lean steak with broccoli and other veggies.
maybe even mahimahi or flounder with tarter sauce and a side of fries and zucchini and squash (wok)

every once in a while add a dinner roll or crescent roll.

breakfast- eggs (scrambled, sunny-side or fried) with ketchup or tobasco sauce
along with TOAST with peanut butter or something on it
turkey bacon or sausage on the side
with some hash browns.

lunch- chicken fingers and barbecue sauce
with a fruit cup of mixed fruit
and come carrots on the side.

dinner- lean steak cooked to medium
mashed cooked potatoes
corn on the cob or other veggies.

yum (: and look you even had one healthy piece of bread.
(unless you already like toast) toast is the easiest way to grow old of bread quickly.



Try an alternative, like pasta, possibly oatmeal. If you are eating because you are hungry, you might need to eat more protein. If you just like it, try to eat slower, you will get fuller faster.



Just dont eat the bread...is it an addiction...sub for rice or potatoes..even pasta .



I had that problem...just stop.
