you can't really target an area to lose fat. Abdominal exercises will tone those muscles, and reducing your BMI will then let that tone show. If you want to lose fat, you have to lose fat everywhere. Cardio every day, 60 minutes a day is a healthy target minimum. With a healthy diet (based on veg, fruit, lean meats, and whole grains, and in that order) you'll be very happy and healthy with the fruits of your labor.

Try one of the Ultimate Body Applicators =) All natural, and only takes 45 minutes. Results last 2-6 months! Check them out on my site: www.katiealdridge.itworks.net

Hope you achieve your goals =)

Try doing crunches and sit-ups. You can also lose abdominal fat by drinking green tea. See http://www.weightlossgreenteablog.com

Do lower ab work outs and a healthy diet. :)

ab exercises will strengthen your abs but will not reduce the fat. you need to have a good diet and do a decent amount of cardio.

in my opinion, i think you should consult a trainer at a gym for a better answer.

crunches and sit ups.(:

Crunches.. like 20 per day.
