Question: Can i lose 10 pounds?
I only need to lose 10 pounds. How much cardio, workouts, and calories should i eat.

Well it takes at least 5 weeks if u lose 2 pounds every week. Cardio do it for 90min n weight training well it best to do it 2times a week don't worry u won't gain weight just lose inches n don't over do it it's just 4 toning as for calories at least 1500 or 1400 hopes it works n it's ok if u lose 1 pound in a week it also healthy remember 1 or 2 pounds

Yes, of course you can lose 10 pounds. You get rid of ALL the junk food in your house. (Little Bites, Brownies, Hostess Snacks, Twinkies, etc.). Replace them with fruits (bananas, strawberries are in season and are REALLY juicy from Plant City FL, green apples, oranges, etc) Eat about 500-800 calories a day. My friends say P90X works really well, but it's hard. When you're about to work-out, do push-ups and crunches. I only do 50 each, and it's not as much as it seems, and takes a minute each. Also, riding an excersize bike (or real bike, just make sure the gear is on 6 or 7) for about 30-45 minutes works well. Swimming is GREAT.



it dependshowm uch you weigh like if soemoen weighed 200 pounds they would lose weight much faster but with a skinny person they would lose less weight and i'll takel ong. just run,do pushup, situps and other exercises. gl

you should run for about 30 minuets every day. about the calorie thing, it really depends on how tall you are and how old you are. ask your docter about that one or give a little more info. good luck(:
