Question: Are these ok meals for a diet?
Breakfast -
3 egg whites with a bit of salt and pepper

Lunch -
Salad with grilled chicken (just dark green leaves and chicken) with fat-free balsamic vinaigrette
1/2 apple
celery

Dinner -
Shish kabobs (chicken and steak marinated in fat-free balsamic vinaigrette with peppers and mushrooms) - small portions of each

Snack/Dessert-
Blackberries
Strawberries
Grapes

That's great! just the amount of protien and vegies. it's okay to get some wheat in there too just not to much. also, say once a month its okay to eat a chocolate bar. and be sure to keep to your diet even after you've lost the weight or the pounds will pile back on. good luck(:

yes they are very good. my opinion when it comes to picking out the foods and making them is to try your best to make sure they are all 0 grams of fat. i know most of the meats wont be that way but its good for protein. also be careful with the fruit it does have carbs but the fruit you are eating is good.
