I am 5'4, young adult, and female... if that makes a difference.

Answers:

Probably about 10-14 pounds because it's around a pound a day. But it's actually really unhealthy to ONLY have vegetables. You still should have some protein and calcium. So drink some low fat milk and eat very lean meats (no red meat), tofu, and beans! :) It's a really healthy diet just cut out all junk food.

Depends on how much fat you have now and your basic diet. You could lose 20 pounds if you were highly over wight. I would say between 10-13 pounds depending. This diet would be very hard keep in mind... It is better to eat a slice of wheat bread then a celery stick covered in ranch. You will also gain most of the weight back when you go back to regular diet.

Do this diet instead: Half a plate of raw fruits and veggies any kind 1/4 protein:eggs, chicken, tuna (in water, low cal high protein) and 1/4 whole grains (whole wheat bread or pasta) Lots of water to flush the sugars and salts you have built up already. You dont need raw fruits only to lose 10 pounds just non processed fresh foods with little oils.

You need some carbs for energy and some protein. Also if you don't exercise start walking and doing light weight training. You may put on some muscle but will fit better in jeans and have way more energy.
I am a nutrionist and I see all kinds of people want to do that diet but 15 hours into it you are miserable and tired.

I'd guess about 10 pounds, maybe a little more.

i cant live like that, congratz for you!

about 10 or 15 pounds
