Question: Did I eat enough? Feels like too much?
I'm 5'9 and 109lbs and might be admitted to the hospital for my weight....please be honest!!

Breakfast:
Nutrigrain bar (120cal)
Lunch:
6oz salad - lettuce, tomato, peppers, onion, breaded chicken, and honey mustard
Dinner:
Lasagna (300cal)
Desert:
Ice cream - maybe two cups?

Answers:

It's healthy :D
And no, you're fine.



I don't think so.
You are severly underweight, I'd advise eating more.
But don't eat so much that you feel sick, best of luck!
