Question: Can you over exersice, what would happen if you did? and how long does it take for the pounds to come off?
I did cross-country but the season is over, and so I started running everyday again how much would it take to get those 8 or 9 pounds off, I just started again today. I usually ride my bike around the neighborhood.
Age: 14
Weight: about 120-125
Height: (dunno if it matters) about 5'2 or 5'3

Answers:

if you exercise for long periods of time you will cause lactic acid to build up in your bones
try to start with 20 mins run and build it up
you should cycle for 2 days a week and run once
this will allow your body to adjust
after 3 weeks you could go out on your bike for 30 mins and run twice a week for 35 mins
this would be a great way to get fit and loose weight
after a few more weeks you increase the frequency and intensity of your exercise.
