Question: Weight loss plan to loose at least 5 lbs a week?

I have one but its a long 7 pages, but i know week 1 for breakfast half cup orange juice, and half cup coffee no cream or sugar, lunch and dinner eat baked or broiled chicken with tomato thru out the day if you get hungry eat as much as you want. drink only water. do this monday-wednesday, thursday thru saturday again orange juice and half coffee no cream or sugar. eat beef with olive oil and lemon juice, sunday rye cracker all day this diet is gauranteed to lose 11 pounds a week if you follow it. I'm sorry I let my friend make copies of it and never gave it back, you can email me directly so i can scan you a copy. but for now you can repeat this and you will lose the weight. My mom lost 50 pounds in 2 months heavier people lose more



More than 1-2 pounds per week is unhealthy. If you really want to lose 5 pounds per week, you need to see a doctor and talk to them about how to do this without risking your health.



eat 5 small meals per day (no meals any bigger than the size of your fist). No carbs after about 5-6pm, and do cario exercise for at least 20 minutes per day, for 4-5 days a week.
