going out on a diet..?!


Question: Going out on a diet..?
I'm going out to a Chinese restaurant to celebrate a friends promotion (:
I'm on a strict 1200 calorie diet though, and she's ordering.. DQ cake..... WITH the Chinese food! help!!! What shall I do? I want to just not count for the day, but then will all of my hard work unravel?

Answers:

You should be fine for that day if you have the ability to estimate calories. You could also make a mental note of everything that you eat when you're at your friends house. Then when you get home, you can search for the average amount of calories in each food item you ate (i.e. look up the calories in a slice of DQ cake), and then add it all up. If your calories for the day add up to more than 1200, don't worry about it; you can always walk it off! Research how many calories per minute a person your weight burns while walking and do a long enough walk to burn the extra calories.

I have been successfully dieting for the past 4 1/2 months.



get of the computer go for a ran or jog and then do some excerise serch on u tube then eat an apple and eat greens healtys more than junk food drink atleast 1/4 glass of milk i drink 4 i used to hate it noe i love it lol oh ya after u eat the cake burn the calories up by dancing 30 mins if u like and add 10 minutes of cardio to ur life yah take my tip above peace out



just eat a little bit (a bite here and there)... and talk more at the table, so that you're busy talking and not eating and no one will notice... and don't eat for the rest of the day (besides the chinese food and DQ cake)



go head and eat but work two times hard mama thats what i do
