How can i lose 30 pounds fast? ?!


Question: How can i lose 30 pounds fast? ?
Im talking like 5 -7 pounds a week. Im 5 ft 8 inches and weight 180 pounds. My doctor says i look fine because i have a bigger build but i want to slim down some more. I do have a gym membership but havent lost any weight since i've joined the gym.

Ok its not always about exercising, you still have to care about your health. Stop eating high carb and saturated foods because they can cause Diabetes, its bad for your health, bad for your skin and you gain weight. So every day you should eat Vegetables, fruits and water. (and milk) try to have a small amount of servings and cut down from Midnight snacks. (or after 9) you should also exercise more often. even if your at home you should do some sit ups or squats.



I' m doing p90x. After 3 days i can see calf muscles. Im doing the menu in the bklet too. No fast food, chips or soda. Only drink water (& a sm cup of coffee). Good luck!



Well take out one of ur meals. No pop.
