How much weight can I lose in 2 months.?!
Question: How much weight can I lose in 2 months.?
I am 18 years old. I weight about 158, but I have like NO muscle whatsoever. I would like to lose around 28 pounds, and I was wondering if this was attainable.
This was my plan:
Eat nothing but fruits and vegetables, and grilled fish and chicken, with wheat and rice. I would only drink low fat milk and water.
In the morning I would hit the treadmill for about 20-30 minutes, then I'd go do some weights and crunches.
Please tell me if this is an attainable goal, or what I can do to get to my ideal weight.

Its sort of attainable.. ideally you only want to lose 1-3lbs a week.. your goal would be 4lbs a week...it can be done but I would absolutely work up to walking for an hour a day... start at your 20 minutes then go 25, 30, 35 etc until you are up to 60 minutes a day...
