Question: Is it better to plan out my whole week or go day by day?
for weight loss. i'm just starting out and i want to be strict with myself so i'm going to try and make meal plans and figure out my calories ahead of time. do you think planning out a whole week is a bad idea or no? or maybe at least 3 days? thanks xx :)

Planning is always best.
I hope you are focusing on eating six small meals a day or three small portion meals with3 snacks.
Try to make 100 calorie snacks in advance. That way you know how many calories you are getting in advance.

I hope you ate following a diet plan that has a minimum of 1200 calories. Anything below that can put the body in "starvation mode" and will be counterproductive.
