Question: I need to cut 6 pounds in 1 day!!!!?
Hi, i am the only girl wrestler in my high school and on Monday December 3 i have one of the biggest matches ever!! And if i dont cut the 6 pounds I cant wrestle, i dont care how i loose the weight *** long as there are no pills or cutting of limbs, other than that i am fine!! SO CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE?????????????????

you need to deplete you muscle and liver glycogen stores. basically you need to eat no more than 50 grams of carbs daily from now until after you weigh in, then you can carb up before the meet.

you basically need to consume protein and vegetables from now until weigh in and exercise at least 2 hours tomorrow doing some moderate intensity cardio. 2 sessions of 60 minutes would be best.



Someone could sweat out five pounds of fluids, I have done it unintentionally, due to ignorance of the fact, and after the exercise, I passed out. All the electrolytes were depleted which is very dangerous.
You can also suffer a heart attack, so don't do it.



As little water and carbs as possible...same for protein but can have a little more. Get hot and sweat like you never have before. In a saner if possible. 6 pounds is a lot to ask for but you might be able to trick the scales with a loss of two three pounds.



I don't think that's possible even if you starved yourself. Also, December is a long way away so why do you need to loose weight in a day? unless its a mistake in the question.

That's not possible. I s'pose you could starve yourself and not hydrate, take lots of laxatives and see where that leads ya.
