How much weight can I lose if I strave myself for 2 days?!


Question: How much weight can I lose if I strave myself for 2 days?
Please don't tell me it's bad for me. I know it is. It is only going to be for 2 days. I just want to know how those my friend feels and how much weight she loses everyday. (she is 18, 6 ft 5, and her weight is 75 pounds) I try to tell her to stop but she won't! Here is the story: I knew her since grade 1 and let me tell you she was REALLY fat. She was 130 pounds by the time we were in grade 3. What was worse is that her mom (her dad died) never helped her!! All she did was call her a fat ********** and that nobody would ever like her. Then, ever since high school started all she did was starve herslelf! She would eat only once a week but thats only a half a whole wheat sandwitch.

I am going to turn 18 and I am 5 ft 7 and I am 95 pounds. I try to gain weight but when I try to eat a lot my stomach will hurt like crazy! But Still.

OK! BACK THE QUESTION! PLEASE ANSWER THIS: How much weight can I lose if I strave myself for 2 days?

If you starve yourself for 2 days, you will lose no weight. You will probably gain some.
When people starve themselves, they probably will lose weight for about 1 day. But after this, the fat reserves everyone has will eventually kick in, and your body will gain weight. If you decide to have a snack, you will gain a lot more than you take in because your body feels that you will have to go a while without food.

This is, as you know, dangerous, because it will mess up your metabolism and WILL make you fat when you reach menopausal/ 60-ish years. This also wreaks havok on your digestive track and nutritional storage areas in your body because they lack the needed vitamins to keep you running. It will probably make you look hagard, tired, and make you feel sluggish and cranky (and most likely short-tempered).

Not only is this bad for you, but can be annoying and harmful to those that surround you.

Good luck with your friend, but be careful how you decide to act.



not a good idea, if you starve yourself for a while then eat, it will all turn right into fat and make you bigger, i would just run and do some workouts(:
