What is wrong with the right side of my abs?!


Question: What is wrong with the right side of my abs?
I do sit ups everyday about 5 reps of 20 and the left side of my abs have become quite defined, but the right side of my abs for some reason is barely visible...is there something I'm doing wrong?

Answers:

Probably means that you're working the left side by accident. If it helps, try twisting when you do situps so that your sides are worked and pull your abs tight.
