Question: How does a 15 year old girl gain weight?
I am 15 turning 16 in may i am really skinny and hate being this way I am not anorexic or anything else (hate being call aneroxia when im not!) I absolutly love to eat!!! Everyone else in my family has a good weight and I am the odd one out. My doctor has told me many times i am underweight i weigh 94 pounds and i have never weighed more than 100! What do I do I tried Ensure and i absoultly hate it! So how should i gain weight?

If you tried everything and it don't work don't worry about it. there is no need to eat a lot of food to make you gain weight. that can make you sick. also if you do get to gain weight and your out of control with your eating habits you can become over weight. just eat healthy and live your life. don't worry about what people say about you. im sorry but no matter if you change how you look people will find a way to say something negative. that's how most people are. don't think about what people say. because they don't matter. love your self and be happy trust me life will be so much better when you don't listen to all the negative things people say.



This is healthy, protein, and good too. It helped me when I was underweight and struggling. It's peanut butter! Have it on toast right before bed with a glass of water. I am sure it will work:)
