It's great that you've stopped eating junk food. I would suggest eating 2000 calories a day, consisting of exercising daily for at least 45 minutes and eating 5 meals per day. 5 meals consist of small breakfast, a snack, small lunch, a snack and small dinner. If you're hungry, then you'll want to eat more, but if you have something already in your stomach, you won't eat as much. Also drink as much water as you can, because water can fill your stomach!
