Is my nutrition dieting/exercising plan healthy?!

Question: Is my nutrition dieting/exercising plan healthy?
I currently weigh 112.8 pounds. I don't have a goal to lose a certain amount of weight, however I'm very unhappy with how my body shape is and I'm starting to feel insecure. I've been gaining weight in my upper arms, but most of my fat is going to my thighs and abdominal area. I take gym class 3-4 times a week and most of the time it's an hour. I don't rely on that gym class though because right after I have gym class I attend lunch and gain all the fat that I've just lost. The foods I've been eating lately are very unhealthy and I want to get out of it. A good month or two ago I was so content with my body but because now I'm starting to see a derastic change, I want to take the right steps to make myself feel and look good.. therefore I've come up with a diet and and exercising plan.
Here's what I'm thinking:
-Drinking a water bottle at every meal
-Continue bring a bottle of water to school with me everyday and finishing I by the time I get home
-Dance for an hour every day (I got this from a question someone posted and thought it was great lol)
-Do 30 mins of elliptical everyday (I have one at my house)
-Focus my meals on low-carbed foods, sugar free mini desserts, and lean meats
-Wake up 1 hour before school starts and run on the tredmill (I also have one at my house)
-Jog 35 times around my living room area in my house
-Focus on 3 main meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner with 3 small and heathy snacks in between

I love vegetables, lean meats, sugar-free anything, whole wheat, ect.. so I feel like that's a good thing because it's not like I'm depriving myself from something that I like. I'm a huge sweet tooth but my mom always buys 90 calorie pudding and I love those things and they fill me up for hours so that'll satisfy it. I know that working out a total of 2 hours and 40 minutes may seem like a lot, but I'm a pretty active person. I'm never bothered by waking up early so running on the tredmill before school isn't a problem for me. I'm happy with my nutrition/dieting plan but do you think it's healthy? Ad another thing, I'm not being pressured to lose weight. I'm confident but my body's beginning to take a turn that I don't like.. so I want to change it. My over all goal is to be healthy.. not to lose for example, 30 pounds by July 2nd at 6:00 P.M. So let me know if you think it will work and what I could improve on.. thank you :)

Answers:

Get yourself some sugar-free gum to chew when you "just have to have" sugary, salty, fast, junk food. And drink LOTS of water. Aim for 96- 100 oz. thru out the day. And change up some of the puddings for fresh fruit that's easy to carry to school--orange, banana, apple etc. That kind of stuff.

And add berries--strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries to breakfast (whole grain) cereal preferably one with a significant amount ofFibrer. Read the nutrition info on the box. You should be doing this for ALL food.

When I am in a rush in the mornings I grab a "shake" to take out the door with me. Milk (1% or skimmed, frozen banana (this thickens it), ground flax seed OR raw oatmeal, a second fruit or fruityogurtt--eg. peach and "dessert" tofu--a flavor that compliments the second fruit.
Delicious!!!

Look on the internet. Some of my friends make "GREEN" shakes--no not for St. Patrick's Day. But they do contain spinach, kale and the like--leafy green and dark green veggies. Not sure about that mixture so I can't vouch for the favourablee" or favourablee" taste of these.

DO NOT FORGET TO EAT BREAKFAST.

A third suggestion for a good start to the day (when time permits) is scrambled eggs or an omlette with whole grain toast. I add celery, mushrooms and peppers to mine. Or you could stir fry the veggies separately and use egg for your protein as lunch or supper meal.

Don't forget either that not all fat is BAD fat!! Find some PB or almonds, avocadoo and olive orsesamee oil to add to salads, stir-fry and snacks/desserts.

Consult to doctor first

You seem to have a really nice plan ^^ sounds healthy to me.
How tall are you though? 112 sounds pretty light.
I'm 5'3 and a half, I weigh 112, and that's just a tiny bit below average.
Don't put yourself on such a tight schedule though, get however much excersize you want to, just dont over do it! :]
Hopefully you excersizing & getting bigger muscles will balance out your new healthy eating habits. Just know that pigging out every once in a while is okay.
