Question: What can I do to get a flatter stomach in a week?
Spring Break is coming soon and I kind of ready for bikini season but I would like to have a flatter stomach by then. The only thing is I'm 14 so to be dieting it is kind of hard for me because I don't get to pick out what my mom cooks for dinner. So since I can't diet what can i do for a flatter stomach (and maybe even abs) in less than a week?

Answers:

Lots of situps/crunches and look for variations online like the reverse crunch or airbike so you can get a wider array of areas to tone.
