Question: How to lose weight for Middle School Kids? .?
I'm starting Middle school and im over-weight. I way 94 pounds with the height of 4.7. First do i need to lose weight and second how to lose weight, without buying anything or going someplace? Also any tips on losing wieght on my shoulders, because i have manish shoulders. Help please!

There is a difference between <SPAN id=lw_1300988608_0 losing weight and getting fit. There is a difference between being fit and being skinny, I suggest you go with fit. Eat healthier, not a diet, just eat healthier. Join a sport. Running is always a good cardio exercise to get your metabolism going in the morning!

You can be 150 pounds and be fit. You can be 90 pounds and be fit. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you end up <SPAN id=lw_1300988608_1 gaining weight by exercising, don't worry about it. Judge by how you look and feel, not by what the scale says.

I'm 5'1 and about 120 pounds and still fit. I may seem short and overweight with that description, but I don't judge by a scale.
