Question: How to lose weight without being at risk? .?
I've just booked a holiday and i need to know how to lose weight within the next 4-5 months without putting my health at risk. I need to lose about 1st - 1st 1/2
Also, i'd like to know what's the best way to tone the bottom of your stomach.

You have to lose body fat overall before to tone the stomach. You cant just do situps and expect fat to disappear from your stomach. So lower your bodyfat and your stomach will eventually tone up.
