How to lose weight in a healthy way? .?!

Question: How to lose weight in a healthy way? .?
I'm 12 years old and I'm overweight. I only have about 15 pounds to lose, but I'm struggling to get them off. Any tips on how to lose weight?

Answers:

Listen to me carefully. I’m a guy who lost 50 lbs in 2.5 months last summer by doing lots of research and implementing what I learned, basically all of which I summarize for you below.

1. Throw away all <SPAN id=lw_1300988755_0 junk food. Chips, cookies, candy, ice cream. If you think it’s junk, it probably is. This will eliminate temptation to snack and make it easier on your mind to lose weight.
2. Learn how to measure food before you eat it and count calories. The most successful people who lose weight learn how to count calories. Why? Because weight loss is the simple formula of ‘<SPAN id=lw_1300988755_1 Calories in minus calories burned’. If that number is negative by the end of the day, you are <SPAN id=lw_1300988755_2 losing weight.
3. We need to find out how many calories you burn a day to stay alive. Yes, if you were to stay in bed for 24 hours doing nothing, your body still burns calories to keep you alive. Assuming you don’t stay in bed all day and have at least a sedentary desk job, which is a very safe assumption to make for anyone, you burn at least ( 1800 ) calories based on your height, weight, and age, just to stay alive.
4. We will use this information from step 3 to find out how many calories you should be eating each day. Subtract 300 from the number in step 3 and that’s how many calories you should be eating everyday (your “calorie budget”)
5. Keep a notebook and record EVERYTHING you eat and drink. This is a pattern I see successful dieters use. This will keep you honest about the number of calories you eat everyday, and it’ll keep you motivated. Never go above your calorie budget.
6. You need to start exercising. Since <SPAN id=lw_1300988755_3 cardiovascular exercise is the best option to burn fat, you need to start running or jogging. Here is a list of recommended activities to burn fat:
Treadmill
Elliptical
Arc Trainer
<SPAN id=lw_1300988755_4 Stationary bike
Stair stepper
Sports: Basketball, football, anything that gets the heart pumping
Running, jogging, swimming, the list goes on and on

You need to exercise more than 30 minutes a day. Why? During the <SPAN id=lw_1300988755_5 first 30 minutes of any cardio session, your body burns glycogen. Your body can only hold so much glycogen at one time. After 30 minutes, it has to start burning fat. So I recommend at least 1 hour of cardio a day. Run 5-6 days a week, giving yourself one rest day to prevent injury. And when you exercise, don’t go easy on yourself. You need to feel the burn, that’s how you know you’re burning goo.

7. Diet is 80% of the equation. You need a diet high in lean protein, high in fiber, and low in carbs. If you must eat carbs, limit yourself to one serving of carbs (which is about 200 calories) and eat ‘<SPAN id=lw_1300988755_6 good carbs’. These are wheat bread, <SPAN id=lw_1300988755_7 whole grain bread. ‘Bad carbs’ are <SPAN id=lw_1300988755_8 white rice, <SPAN id=lw_1300988755_9 white bread, most pastas, anything that has been refined and processed. These have no nutrients in them. And finish your carbs by lunchtime. Any unused carbs near bedtime will get stored as fat when you sleep.
Here is a list of lean proteins that are good for you:
Fish, Chicken and Turkey, Beef (round or loin), Eggs, Low-fat Dairy, Beans, Peas, and <SPAN id=lw_1300988755_10 Lentils. Obviously don’t eat anything that is fried.
Here is a list of foods high in fiber:
Vegetables! I recommend spinach and broccoli because DARK GREEN vegetables have the most <SPAN id=lw_1300988755_11 vitamins and minerals your body needs since you are on a reduced calorie diet.Online Health specialist

or else you can Try this one. it is very good believe me. I tried it myself.
